There are two ways to purchase chocolate products from the Chocolate Gourmet website:

Ordering chocolates online
Step 1 – Searching for chocolates
Shopping with the Chocolate Gourmet is quick and simple. From the homepage click
on the image in the centre of the page or alternatively click on the 'Our Chocolate
Shop'
image.
Step 2
You will be presented with a page containing our product ranges. Simply select the
particular range you would like to view and click for further details.
Step 3
Once you have selected the item you would like to buy, select the size of the box
or quantity and add to your basket. You can continue shopping by clicking the relevant
button.
Step 4
Once you have finished shopping click on your basket and proceed to the checkout.
You will see a summary of the products you have selected, with details of individual
and total price of selected items. If you would like to view one of the chocolate
products in the list again simply click the description and the relevant page will
appear. You can remove, change and delete chocolate items here. When you are happy
with your selection you can proceed to the checkout.
Step 5
If you are an existing user you will be asked to login using your username and password.
If you are a new user, please enter your personal details.
Step 6
If you would like to write a personal message, or have a particular requirement,
please fill in details and we will endeavour to arrange for you. If we are unable
to full fill the request we will contact you accordingly.
Step 7
A confirmation screen will appear.
Please check the details carefully, and click
to proceed. The system will then transfer you to our payment gateway provider Protx.
Protx will ask for your card details, if successful you will proceed to our confirmation
page and an email receipt will be dispatched (please print a copy and keep safe).
If unsuccessful, you will be presented with a message with instructions on how to
proceed.
Our web site uses a leading third party payment gateway that stores data which is
encrypted (payment card industry audited). This ensures that you can shop with complete
peace of mind and confidence.
