The latest addition to the collection of plantation bars from Michel Cluizel. Another prize winning bar at Salon due ChocolatParis this time the 2005 competition. The beans are from the Maralumi plantation in Papua New Guinea a rather unusual location for cocoa beans. The aroma is similar to that of Havana tobacco leaves, the flavour is fresh with hints of red current and spices.Out Of Stock
