Finest Carenero beans grown at a plantation in the Barlovento Valley to the east of Caracas. The beans are dried and fermented in the traditional way used since 1902. Dry on the tongue the chocolate melts into an aromatic fruity flavour subsiding into a sophisticated spicy tone. In 2002 this chocolate was named France's best plain bar.
