At the beginning of the 90’s Josef Zotter set out to discover the secrets of chocolate. This journey has taken him across the world and he now produces Organic and Fairly Traded chocolate bars of distinction.

From cranberries to chillies, pumpkin seeds to honey all these ingredients in a bar of Zotter chocolate are cultivated organically. The Fair Trade products such as cocoa, cane sugar, coffee and spices are of course also organic and help improve the living standards and working conditions for the farmers and plantation workers in many remote places.

These Zotter hand scooped chocolate bars are a delight. They offer something totally different in a bar of chocolate. Inside the witty trendy wrapper is a layered filling which is then dipped into chocolate. The layers appeal to the senses as they give you distinct differences of taste and texture as you break off a chunk and eat your way through the bar.
